Daily: $525/night plus taxes and any applicable fees

A minimum 2-night stay is required Thursdays through Sundays.
In the event you are unable to stay with us, cancellations/modifications must be made 30 days before your reservation is scheduled to guarantee a refund. However, in an effort to avoid cancellations and cover any booking-related costs, there is a 5% cancellation fee for booking made directly through this website. Cancellations must be made 30 days before your reservation is scheduled to guarantee a refund. If your reservation is canceled within 30 days of your reservation, you will forfeit the entire cost of your booking. Reservations made within the 30 day deadline will be non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please email hello@camppicacho.com to receive your refund. Please note: the cancellation request MUST be sent from the person/email on your reservation. Requests from other persons/emails will not be honored. Text and social media notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.
Refunds are not provided for inclement weather. We do not provide refunds if you decide to cancel after check-in. Cabin reservations are NOT transferrable. Stays booked on Airbnb or other platforms will be held to the cancellation policy associated with that booking. Please refer to your reservation for cancellation information.
Pets are not permitted in or on the property without written permission. Bringing a pet without authorization forfeits your damage deposit and you will be asked to check-out early without a refund.
Rates are subject to change without notice. By submitting a reservation request with Camp Picacho, you and all your guests agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in our Rental Agreement.
